• Started working on the masters thesis with PROF. DR. OLGA KALININA’s group DRUG BIOINFORMATICS focusing on the topic of PREDICTION OF FUNCTIONAL EFFECT OF MUTATIONS.

• Finished Course work for Masters Studies.

2022

• Started part time job as Junior Researcher at August-Wilhelm Scheer Institute for digitized products and processes gGmbH, Saarland, Germany.
  • Currently developing a pipeline for wound identification and localization for a demonstrator using Keras and OpenCV.
  • Developed a pipeline for a Deep Learning model using Tensorflow for time-series data.
  • Worked on the interface of the nurse assistant robot using Angular Framework

2021

October

• Started Masters in Bioinformatics at Univeristy of Saarland, Germany.

January

• Joined Full Time job as Software Developer at LabSystems, AlKhobar, Saudi Arabia.
  • Completed an extensive LabVantage Solutions training.
  • Worked as front-end and back-end developer of LIMS from scratch using the Frappe ERPNext framework.

2020

• Started the Bioinformatics Guy Youtube channel.
• Successfully completed the coursces on the courscera.

2019

• Finished Bachelors in Bioinformatics from Forman Christian College.
• Won 2nd prize in the “Innovation Competition of Natural Sciences” at FCCU with the poster title “A Cancer Prognosis Software for Medical Oncologists”.

2018

• Started working as a Research Associate at Sabz-Qalam.
  • Delivered 3 lectures on fundamentals of Python Programming.
  • Collected data using Python’s Beautiful Soup and Scrapy libraries.

2015
